General Managers & Directors of Henkel Tunisia commit to flexible working
October 15th, 2012 marked the kick-off of the Work-Life Flexibility Commitment Acts for Henkel Tunisia.
With the Work-Life Flexibility Commitment, the signatories commit to support Work-Life Flexibility at Henkel. They agree to focus on the achievements of Henkel’s employees rather than on when and where the results are accomplished.
In a pleasant atmosphere, General Managers from Henkel’s three business units and Directors participated in this event. They have signed the commitment in order to enhance the success of our business and the quality of the lives of our employees.
“We as Henkel Tunisia Managers have read and recognize this charter and will deploy our full commitment to it accordingly with the Henkel Tunisia Flexible Working Arrangements policy.”
Apart from the Work-Life Flexibility Commitment there was also a local policy for Henkel Tunisia developed which defines criteria, steps, terms and the process for the applicable kind of arrangements. All Directors highlighted the importance of this policy to our employees by providing flexible working arrangements that drive leadership sustainability and align with our values and to ensure its application in the best way.
