Question 1
What makes your work and working time model special and what benefits do you see?
My working hours are between 9:00 to 18:30 and if needed finalization at home. My job characteristics are: meetings, supporting marketing, Customer service development, out of the office work (control and supervision of sub contractors) as well as working with external offices (Ministry of Health, Standard Institute of Israel, Chamber of Commerce).

Please describe your typical day/work week (e.g. when does your working day start/end? Where do you work? What is your personal work-life balance principle?).
Office day: Starting with mails and meetings with marketing. Out of the office: Driving to subcontractor sites.
At the subcontractor I am visiting the production line, checking quality and laboratory documentation and results as well as having discussions of technical problems and possible solutions.

What advantages does your line manager have in supporting your work model?
The main advantages of my work model are based on extreme high level of professionalism where my line manager can fully rely on my work as being accurate and proficient.

Did the opportunity to work under flexible conditions significantly influence your decision to continue working?
Yes, having the opportunity of working under flexible conditions has positively influenced my decision of staying to work in the company as it allowed me to fulfill my responsibilities even when I am not in the office, while attending to other matters at the same time. In addition, I believe that the fact that people are highly dependent on my job requires my full and undevided attention, which under these circumstances is possible all hours of the day. This is without a doubt of the company’s best interest as well as I in fact fully invest myself even when I am not in the office.
