Question 1

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a pediatrician, a doctor for children.


Question 2

What has motivated you to take on a position of high responsibility within Henkel?

I always fight against routine. I want to improve my knowledge, embrace new challenges. New countries, new jobs and responsibilities.


Question 3

What were the milestones in your career and are there people or circumstances that have favored your career?

First job of brand manager either in Henkel Tunisia or in Henkel France was for me a very important step: I discovered the company, its multicultural environment, its way of working and I liked it a lot and decided at that time to go further. And now I am already fifteen years with Henkel.

Secondly my position of Marketing Director was really extensive: not only pure marketing but already business management, for example the acquisition of the company Jasminal, where I took over a key role, working with a steering committee integrating all departments, internal and external lawyers etc.

Now my new position is really challenging. Integrated within a distributor organization managing all dimensions sales, supply, marketing as well as educating people to Henkel tools and culture. It is not everyday easy but encouraging when I see the results.
