Question 1
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a daughter to a teacher, for a very long time I also wanted to become a teacher. During high school it occurred to me that I want to become a professional in the marketing field.

What has motivated you to take on a position of high responsibility within Henkel?
Firstly, my dream to work in the marketing field. Henkel gave me the opportunity to start achieving this dream. Moreover, being a brand manager is like being the mom and dad of the products. The diverse fields you are involved in, as well as the satisfaction obtained from the great amount of influence you have on the products, motivates me to hold a position with high responsibility.

What were the milestones in your career and are there people or circumstances that have favored your career?
Some of my previous positions gave me the ability today to analyze and think of products from various aspects, such as my last position in a sales department and a being trade marketing manager in Henkel. I believe that my current big relaunch of Soad certainly constitutes a milestone in my career.
