Being diverse means give people the chance to express their full potential, simply being theirselves!

Inclusion means cancel bounderies and biases, make people feel part of the same Henkel world.

For me is a life personal attitude . In our environment favors team enrichement , innovative&different ideas, cooperation, respect and opend mindness.

What does “Inclusion” mean to you?

Is the materialization of a flexible society that accepts any group without judging either gender, age, religion, disabled and promotes equality of this groups when access to full social life.
