After six eventful months that have passed since the Women’s Networking Day on February 18, the Women in Leadership members invited Henkel’s female leader to an Oktoberfest. Apart from the traditional Oktoberfest catering like Weißwurst and pretzeln there was plenty of time and space for networking. Furthermore the four Women in Leadership working groups gave a review on current projects and steps that have been taken after the Women’s Networking Day. Various theme tables offered the opportunity to exchange views on work-life-balance, to discuss female careers or the upcoming mentoring program for female leader at Henkel. Furthermore there were theme tables on flexible working opportunities or those for daily-life themes like sports and spare time. More than 180 women in leadership positions came to the Oktoberfest event. It was a great opportunity for the Women in Leadership members to receive feedback on their work, projects and plans.
